Shipping policy

 

We urge customers to verify all orders before submitting their orders.

Please select the correct shipping option of stickers only comes with tracking # ($5) or regular orders ($8) with cup(s) purchase or else you will be invoice the remaining fee for shipping. Package will not be fulfilled until all fees are paid for. We are only a small business so please understand. 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at thetimelessmain@gmail.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address.  If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
  • Tracking information for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 48 hours of shipping out.
  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
  • Sometimes your tracking number might not update & you still receive your order.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday for our shipment days. Weekends & holidays are not included. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing/fulfillment on orders. 

Again, we are not responsible as stated that once packages are out of our hands we are limited to help you. We see what you see on the website as we are not the shipping company.

Local Pickup is listed on the shipping section at checkout, and can be picked up with a confirmed schedule date. Please do not show up unless you been approved to do so.
