We want to make sure you love everything but sometimes there may be issues & we want to accommodate you as much as we can! 

All Sales are final. 

We carry homemade and select curated items.

Handmade items WILL NOT always be perfect. If you are picky about that. Please do not purchase. 

✓ Clearance/sale items are final sale.

Please provide your invoice number, contact information, list of defective / damaged items received (including description of damages or defects), and pictures of the items.

Stickers/Cups/motel keychains are non refundable and no exchanges/returns. No exceptions unless it is at the fault of our own (defect) Handmade items will never be perfect so please do not purchase if you’re picky. 

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
